Blood semen can be manifested as pink or bright red semen, or it may be bloodshot or blood clots in the semen, and pain during ejaculation.
Mycoplasma Vesiculitis
Mycoplasma seminal vesiculitis is an inflammatory response of the seminal vesicles caused by mycoplasma infection, and mycoplasma can be found in the pathogenic examination. Seminal vesiculitis is often accompanied by prostatitis and urethritis. Patients with acute inflammation may have obvious frequent urination, urgency, dysuria, and sometimes dysuria. Chronic patients mainly have frequent urination and urgency, and at the same time have urination discomfort, such as a burning sensation.
Fungal Seminal Vesiculitis
Fungal seminal vesiculitis is often caused by Candida infection, so it is also called seminal vesiculitis. Etiological examination of the patient's semen specimens revealed Candida albicans or other strains of Candida, lower abdominal pain, and involvement of the perineum and both sides of the groin. In chronic cases, there may be a dull pain in the suprapubic area, accompanied by discomfort in the perineum. The pain is significantly worse during ejaculation.
